    They both look great! There is so much information out there that half the time the searching is more over whelming then the results! Nice to see some one has broke it down for you in just the manner you should start….Baby steps!

    I’ve done the diet/cleanse from the Whole Life Nutrition people, and it was challenging but great! I lost weight immediately and my daughters digestive issues cleared up within days……then we went on vacation and everything got messed up =) I really need to get my family back on the diet to figure out exactly what our ‘issues’ are! Having that cookbook would help a lot!

    I would love to win the cookbook. I visited your blog for the first time last week. I love it. I made the pumkin muffins for my family. They were great. I modified the recipe to fit my family. I used organic spelt flour in place of the flour and instead of chocolate chips and walnuts.
