    thank you for the ideas! I will def. try them! One of my friends told me that you can make hummus with just a little tahini and also fat free plain yogurt, I am going to try that tomorrow! We are also making our own strawberry fruit pops. I never measure anything when I make these 😉 strawberries, fat free greek yogurt, and honey, blend them then put in popsicle containers and freeze….YUM!

    This post made me think of a summer only "meal" my Grandma would make. We have it only occasionally, but it's quite refreshing. Here goes:

    Fruit Soup. Slice some hearty bread and cut into cubes. Add fruit like sliced peaches, strawberries, blueberries and cover with milk. Drizzle with maple syrup. It's great on a hot day.

    I'm so glad you posted a hummus recipe! I've been meaning to try to make some, but I don't think I can find Tahini around here (I live in a very rural area). Any ideas for substitutions?
